Ryan Conrath is a curator, filmmaker, and scholar based in the Eastern Shore of Maryland. His work focuses on the politics of montage in experimental moving image art, and is currently at work on a book project on the historical intersections between ecological discourse and the cinematic avant-garde. He is Assistant Professor of Cinema Studies at Salisbury University.
