Simon Payne is a video artist whose abstract digital works have shown in festivals and art galleries internationally. He has written widely on experimental film and video and recently edited Fields of View: Film, Art and Spectatorship a posthumous book by A.L. Rees. He is Associate Professor of Film and Media at ARU, Cambridge.
